Very nice quality PVC over hardware store do it yourself option. I purchased 12” option to transport easy-up canopy and umbrella. Does protrude quite a bit. If not transporting too much 6” may be better option.

The left chair rack was welded to far toward curved frame corner making it look crooked. Still functional but not aesthetically correct. Hoping to be contacted by Glampinlife to work out a resolution

My friend and I purchased chairs that were similar but hers had a lever to lift the feet like a recliner. Much easier to use than this one but this chair is a great chair.

Hello, the online product selection and ordering was designed well for base product and add-ons. Order was shipped shortly after placing order and the products were packaged very well for protection during transport. Assembly was straight forward and made easier with online instruction video. Make sure to watch tire inflation so not to over inflate wheels.
We loved the chair's design and construction, however, the button to release the lower leg portion of the chair seemed to jam and was really hard to push in. after awhile we were able to get it to release but it took some work. we haven't used it at the beach yet, but hope the problem will not reoccur.

Because I upgraded to the 16" wheels right from the start, I cannot compare to the original wheels; but I could see the potential benefits as I rolled through the sand in just clearance alone, as well as from the increased width giving me more confidence in it not tipping sideways over some of the bumps, and I had that cart loaded to near capacity.
Like the old adage says, you get what you pay for. The cart is sturdy, well-built, offers a well-thought-through design and accessories, easy to modify on your own if you are into that, and glides through the soft sand as advertised (unlike some of my previous carts and wagons). I highly recommend watching both manufacturer videos (to include how to inflate the wheels properly). I loved that I was easily able to turn the handle inward and take off the chair holders in seconds to take up less room in my truck bed when transporting to and from vacation, and the fact that the handle height was adjustable to the height of the person pulling it through the sand supports my opinion on this cart being well-thought-through. If I had to knit-pick, I would say the instructions on how to attach the wheel to the axle could be more detailed for those who may not be handy, but if you are, it's pretty much common sense.
Customer Service was outstanding. I had an injury pop up right before vacation and the doctor said I was not to strain for awhile. That was my excuse to pull the trigger on what I have been wanting to purchase for the last couple of years but was hesitant due to cost. I called the company, the owner expedited my shipping date and I had my beach cart with a day to spare (to put it together). That kind of personal service is a unicorn these days.

I thought the umbrella would be at the resort front desk on are day of arrival, but it wasn't, fortunately got in touch with someone and luckily they delivered the umbrella.

Fantastic experience! Met me on a day they were closed and assembled the cart for me…beach ready when I picked it up! Highly recommend. I got asked about the cart half a dozen times on day one!
Very strong umbrella in the wind, Great price too. l live in Kansas and use the umbrella on my boat for shade. Works great with umbrella brackets mounted to boat.
